Return window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: body splash, body lotions, and any unsealed or opened products.
Defective or leaking products purchased from our official website can be exchanged online without any extra fees — please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange for it to be sent to you.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are provided as store credit or bank transfer.
Return delivery fees are calculated based on your location.
